PRODCUTION LEAD — SPRINGFIELD, OR
The Level 1 Production Lead assists the Supervisor in daily embroidery production by helping assign work, routing orders, and operating machines such as embroidery, sewing, and heat press equipment. This entry-level leadership role emphasizes quality inspection, maintaining safe work practices, and supporting team efficiency while gaining experience in production coordination.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manages and helps assign production work based on priorities, ship dates, and shipping Methods
· Helps route or close orders
· Ability to operate various machinery within the production department that may include Embroidery machines, sewing machines, heat press, Blocking Etc.
· Helps ensure a “Quality First” mentality when reviewing orders and working with others
· Assists in identifying opportunities to reduce spoilage and improve overall efficiency
· Promotes a culture of Safety and Awareness
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Knowledge of Richardson’s products
· Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to read and interpret product sheets, use simple math, and use basic hand held measuring tools.

DIRECTOR OF SALES - OUTDOOR, REATAIL & BRAND DIVISION — SPRINGFIELD, OR
We’re looking for a dynamic, visionary, and hands-on Director of Sales to lead our Outdoor, Retail, and Brand division. This leader will shape where our brand shows up in the world—and how it shows up—by pairing strong sales acumen with deep cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, brand builder, and roll-up-your-sleeves operator.
This role reports directly to the Senior VP of Sales and works alongside the Sales Operations team and the sales directors of the other divisions.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Work closely with the CEO and SVP of Sales, to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Outdoor, Retail, and Brand division, with a focus on sustainable growth and brand elevation.
- Mentor and guide the Sales Manager who leads and supports the outside sales force, and the National Account Manager who sells to and supports key house accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national retailers and key accounts across the outdoor and specialty retail landscape.
- Identify new market opportunities and guide the brand into the right retail environments that create fans, not just customers.
Cross-Functional Brand Building
- Partner closely with Product, Merchandising, and Art to create a unified vision for how the brand shows up in the marketplace.
- Influence product direction and merchandising assortments based on market insights and retailer needs.
- Ensure the brand is represented with excellence—from trade show booths to in-store displays to digital presentations.
Sales Tools & Market Enablement
- Lead the development of market-specific sales tools including:
- Sample strategies
- Catalogs and lookbooks
- Merchandising assortments for trade shows
- Curated, easy-to-shop assortments for diverse retail environments
- Ensure the sales team has the tools, training, and insights needed to win in each market.
Team Leadership & Development
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a young, energetic team of internal sales support, account managers, and sales managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration and customer-centric thinking.
- Model a “no job too small” mindset—comfortable thinking big and also jumping in to process an order when needed.
Required Experience
- Proven success in sales leadership roles within outdoor retail, branded consumer goods, or related industries.
- Experience working with national retailers and navigating complex account structures.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, merchandising, and creative teams to build cohesive brand experiences.
- Strong track record of developing effective sales tools and market-specific strategies.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Experience
- Background in decorated apparel or custom product categories.
- Familiarity with the TEAM market.
- Experience leading and developing early-career sales talent.

INVENTORY CONTROL — HOUSTON, TX
The Inventory Control – Warehouse team member will assist the warehouse and Supply Chain department by taking ownership of the processes to maintain accurate inventory levels on the warehouse floor.
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform cycle counts regularly
- Audit and reconcile bin locations
- Help identify and report on root causes of inventory variances
- Ensure all items in the warehouse are received and stored in the correct bin locations
- Ensure WMS best-practices are followed pertaining to inventory transfers, cycle counts, spoilage accounting and product receiving. Assist in managing WMS bin rules
- Work directly with the Supply Chain department to resolve and update inventory variances in both the WMS and ERP
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:
- Minimum one year certificate from college or technical school; or six to 12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of inventory control systems such as ERP and/or WMS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and written
Physical Demands / Safety:
- Moderate physical effort required that may include: standing, frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing or pulling.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to do frequent lifting or with other means for movement of inventory cartons.
Work Environment:
- Work performed in office and plant environment.
- The performance of this position requires exposure to a typical warehouse and manufacturing environment where under certain conditions it would require the use of personal protective equipment. Temperature of this environment is affected by outside temperatures.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Your Position on the Field:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision—think of it as batting cleanup for our customers
- Assist with inbound deliveries—unload shipments like you’re snagging a ground ball at first base
- Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks—we’ll coach you up so you can cover all the bases
- Communicate with coaches (aka warehouse leadership) to improve plays and keep operations smooth
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse—because a clean field keeps the team playing at its best
- Stay flexible and ready to jump in where needed—sometimes we need a utility player who can do it all

Our Graphic Design team provides logo rework, concept, design and support for product graphics with regard to the design, development and production. Participation in creating, tracking, organizing, and proofing product-related information on a cross-functional team with multiple stakeholders.
