Official Rules and Terms for the Richardson Instagram Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Sweepstakes Overview

The Richardson Instagram Sweepstakes (“112 Day Sweepstakes”) begins at 6:00 AM PST on January 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 13, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). There will be 50 winners in total, including:

• 2 winners will recieve 36 custom 112 Collection caps embroidered with the logo or artwork of the winners’ choosing (1 logo, front position only, embroidered on an in-stock 112 Collection cap color of the winner’s choosing).
• 48 winners will each receive 1 special edition Richardson 112 Trucker cap.

2. Eligibility

• The 112 Day Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state or country of residence at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Richardson, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and production agencies, and immediate family members of, and persons living in the same household as, such individuals are not eligible to participate.
• This 112 Day Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Instagram Entry Method:

1. Follow @RichardsonSports on Instagram.
2. Post a photo of your favorite Richardson 112 Collection cap on your Instagram feed or story and tag @RichardsonSports in the post.
3. Comment on the official sweepstakes post from @RichardsonSports.

Alternate Method of Entry:

• Email a photo of your favorite Richardson 112 cap to newsletter@richardsonsports.com.

Important:

• Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method.
• Inaccurate tagging or failure to comply with entry requirements will result in disqualification.

4. Prize Description

• Grand Prize (2 winners): 36 caps from the 112 Collection embroidered with a custom logo or artwork of the winners’ choosing (1 logo, front position only, embroidered). Winner will need to provide their 112 Collection cap model, color selection, and digital artwork when requested. Custom order value will vary based on the model selected.
• Runner-up Prizes (48 winners): One (1) special edition Richardson 112 Trucker cap each. Approximate retail value of the cap is $20.
• Free shipping on all prizes.

5. Prize Value

• Grand Prize custom order value will vary based on the model selected.
• Runner-up Prize approximate value of each special edition Richardson 112 Trucker cap is $20.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message by January 17, 2025.
• In order to claim their prize, winners must respond to the direct message by January 22, 2025, and provide their name, email, and shipping address. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. General Terms & Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Richardson, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the 112 Day Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram is not affiliated with or sponsoring this 112 Day Sweepstakes. You agree to release Instagram from any and all liability relating to this 112 Day Sweepstakes.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of Richardson will be final and binding in all respects.
• Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the 112 Day Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

9. Privacy

• Information collected from entrants is subject to Richardson’s Privacy Policy.

10. Miscellaneous

• Richardson reserves the right to modify or cancel the 112 Day Sweepstakes at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
• In the event of any discrepancies between these Official Rules and any other statements or promotions related to the 112 Day Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will govern.

 

By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the 112 Day Sweepstakes administrators, which are final and binding.
