All claims for shortages, damaged goods, etc. must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product. We cannot accept returned product after decorating, washing, or worn, unless the caps are defective. Please check all blank product shipments for accuracy before decorating the order. Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization number and form issued by Richardson. An order number, or PO, must be provided to obtain an Return Authorization. Requests to return product must be made within 60 days of the date the product is invoiced. Items to be returned due to dealer / distributor mistakes are subject to a 10% restocking fee, or a $ 20.00 minimum charge. The dealer / distributor is responsible for the freight charges to return the caps. Refused orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the outbound shipping charges, or a $ 35.00 (NEW) minimum charge.
